Autoclaves for CSSDs OR and Medical Centers
Designed to comply with the European EN285 standard with chambers designed for StU (Sterilization Unit) load volumes (12 to 15 StU chamber volume). The autoclave sterilizers are designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in compliance with strict international standards to ensure safe re-use of sterilized equipment. Operate with saturated steam as the sterilizing agent with a temperature range of 105 °C (221°F) to 138 °C (280 °F) and a working chamber pressure that meets AMSE and PED requirements.
Application
1. Medical and Healthcare Facilities: Autoclave sterilizers are extensively used in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to sterilize medical instruments, surgical tools, and equipment. They ensure that these items are free from pathogens, bacteria, and other microorganisms that could cause infections in patients.
2. Dental Practices: Dental offices and clinics rely on autoclave sterilizers to sterilize dental instruments, including drills, forceps, and probes. Proper sterilization is essential to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases between patients during dental procedures.
3. Veterinary Clinics: In veterinary practices, autoclave sterilizers are used to sterilize surgical instruments, grooming tools, and other equipment used in animal care. They help maintain a clean and sterile environment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the health and safety of both animals and staff.
4. Laboratories and Research Facilities: Autoclave sterilizers are crucial in laboratories and research facilities for sterilizing glassware, laboratory equipment, culture media, and other materials used in experiments and research. Sterilization is essential to prevent contamination and maintain the integrity of scientific results.
5. Pharmaceutical Industry: Pharmaceutical companies use autoclave sterilizers to sterilize production equipment, containers, and packaging materials to ensure the safety and purity of pharmaceutical products. Sterilization is particularly critical in the manufacturing of injectable drugs and parenteral products to prevent microbial contamination.
6. Biotechnology and Life Sciences: Autoclave sterilizers are employed in biotechnology companies and life sciences laboratories to sterilize bioreactors, fermentation vessels, and other equipment used in the production of biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, and bio-based products.
